Job Overview:
The government contract processor will be responsible for working on multiple government bids to complete and submit on time.

Gather the required bid documents, legal review recommendations, certificates of insurance, signatures, and all other critical items required to complete the bid.

Tracking the progression of bid completion on to make sure timelines are met and bids can be reviewed by the government contract reviewer and government account specialist prior to submittal.

The Contract Processor will provide ongoing support to process bids as they are received. Works closely with various internal departments to stay on task and ensure timelines are met. Periodic updates on progression of bids will need to be provided as well as a final review.

Able to multitask on several bids at once until completeWorks with various departments to gather necessary documents for bidLoad bids and tasks into system and assign according to standard assignment rulesManage storage of bids and documents for future needsProvide support to the business on reporting of progress, additional items needed, and completion of bidSkills RequiredA graduate degree in any streamPrior experience in working with the US team or US customers in any zonesExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPrior experience with contractsAbility to work independently and cross-functionally in various online web applicationsDemonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotasRequired: High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft SQL Server Management StudioExperience with and Data-loader are preferred.

The ability to work on multiple projects while managing priorities with the appropriate sense of urgencyTeamwork, critical thinking, quantitative analytical ability, and exceptional problem-solving skills
