Job Title: Sales Executive

Industry: Media Streaming and Technology Infrastructure

Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our products or services to new and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and Qualify Leads:

- Qualify leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and industries to tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly.

2. Conduct Sales Presentations:

- Schedule meetings with prospective clients to deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.
- Address client objections, concerns, and questions to build confidence and trust in our offerings.

3. Develop and Manage Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to position our company as a trusted partner.
- Provide personalized attention and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

4. Negotiate and Close Deals:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with the sales manager, legal team, and other stakeholders to finalize contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Close deals in a timely manner and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.

5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal status using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work outside regular business hours.
