Job Overview:

- As the Head of Planning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing

strategic plans to drive growth and profitability of the business.
- You will lead a team of planners to forecast demand, plan inventory, and optimize

pricing and promotions to maximize revenue and margin. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, operations, and finance

to ensure alignment and execution of plans.

Key Responsibilities: (mandatory)
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans that align with overall

company strategy.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to inform inventory planning and

procurement.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify growth

opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to plan and execute

promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Develop and monitor pricing strategies to optimize revenue and margin Partner with

operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient fulfillment and inventory

management
- Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform strategic planning and decision
- making
- Lead and mentor a team of planners to drive performance and career growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, BMM, BMS or related field;
- MBA preferred Minimum 8-10 years of experience in planning, forecasting, and/or

strategy in a retail or e commerce environment Strong analytical skills with

experience in demand forecasting and growth marketing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
