- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain and update records of software licenses, warranties, and service agreements for computer systems and network devices.
- Participate in testing and quality control of new software and upgrades to existing systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Ensure data backups and data security measures are in place and functioning.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments on cross-functional projects and issues.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in computer operation or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge and experience with computer operating systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and protocols.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connectivity at home.
