Home Loan Executive

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers who are interested in home loans through various means, such as cold calling, referrals, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
2. Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their home loan requirements and financial situations. Provide guidance on different loan options and their eligibility.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on various home loan products, interest rates, and lending policies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
5. Sales and Targets: Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the company to ensure revenue goals are met.
6. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7. Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in lending regulations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
11. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products or services, such as insurance or investment options, to clients.
12. Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, goals, and achievements for management.
13. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
14. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
15. Training and Development: Stay current with industry best practices and participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
**Salary**: ₹15,879.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
