A Training Executive is a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs within an organization. The goal is to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to meet the organization's objectives.

**Job Title: Training Executive**

**Job Overview**: As a Training Executive, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing training programs to meet the needs of the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design effective training programs, and evaluate the success of the training initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Needs Analysis**:
Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify training needs.

Conduct thorough training needs assessments to determine gaps in knowledge and skills.

**Training Program Design**:
Develop and design training programs and materials based on identified needs.

Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training content.

**Training Delivery**:
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.

Ensure the delivery of training programs is effective and aligns with organizational goals.

**Evaluation and Feedback**:
Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the success and impact of training programs.

Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

**Learning Technology**:
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in training and incorporate them into programs when applicable.

Explore and implement e-learning solutions to enhance training effectiveness.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Build relationships with external training vendors if necessary.

**Compliance**:
Ensure that all training programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting training and development.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. If you have any experience in F&B that will be added advantage

Proven experience in training program design, development, and delivery.

Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across various departments.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
