Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Physician Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to drive referrals to the eye hospital.
- Organize meetings, camps, presentations, and networking events to educate and update referring physicians on the hospital's services and capabilities.
- **Community Outreach**:
- Implement field marketing strategies to engage with the local community and increase awareness of the eye hospital's services.
- Attend community events, health fairs, and relevant gatherings to represent the hospital and provide information about eye health.
- **Patient Education**:
- Conduct educational sessions and workshops in collaboration with community organizations, schools, and senior centers to raise awareness about eye health and common eye conditions.
- Distribute informational materials to educate the public about the eye hospital's specialties and services.
- **Referral Program Implementation**:
- Develop and implement a referral program to encourage existing patients to refer friends and family to the eye hospital.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of the referral program and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Collateral Distribution**:
- Ensure that promotional materials, brochures, and business cards are distributed to key locations such as doctor's offices, community centers, and local businesses.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and coordinate restocking as needed.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and execute on-site events and open houses at the eye hospital to attract new patients and create a positive community presence.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, promotional materials, and staffing.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Gather feedback and insights from the field to provide valuable input into the overall marketing strategy.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the eye hospital.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of eye care and related medical terminology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
