Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences.**Synopsis of Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer’s feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Communicates with other departments to answer customer’s inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing CRM software to document interactions, manage customer profiles, and track support requests, maintaining accurate and organized records.
**Skill and Competencies**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat-based environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Comfortable working in a non-voice process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions.
- Work successfully in a team environment
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.
