Role Description
We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales and Customer/Vendor Support Executive to join our energetic team. In this multifaceted role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and vendors, and manage order processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a keen interest in the startup landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and maintain healthy relations with vendors.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer and vendor satisfaction and retention.
- Collecting, organizing and maintaining orders related data(CRM).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Specifically MSExcel
Location
