**Job Title: French Language Tutor**

**Location**: Pondicherry, near Lawspet (preferred)

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

**Salary**: 20,000/- Rs to 25,000/- Rs per month

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a passionate and experienced French Language Tutor to join our team in Pondicherry, preferably located near Lawspet. As a French Language Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality language instruction to students of various proficiency levels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting interactive and engaging French language lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of individual students.
- Planning and preparing lesson materials, activities, and assessments to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Incorporating cultural elements into lessons to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of French culture and heritage.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and fosters confidence in students.
- Collaborating with other language tutors and educators to share best practices and resources for effective language instruction.
- Keeping accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
- Communicating regularly with students and their parents or guardians to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or questions.
- Staying updated on developments in language teaching methodologies and incorporating innovative approaches into lesson planning and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in French language.
- DELF B1 / B2
- Bachelor's or Master degree in French language, linguistics, education, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a French language tutor or instructor, preferably in a formal educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and promoting language learning.
- Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and assessment techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work both full-time and part-time hours, as well as occasional evenings or weekends if required.
