Location: Pondicherry (**Lawspet & Reddiarpalayam**)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons that adhere to the curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to actively participate and express themselves in Hindi.
- Employ various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding of the language.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and enthusiasm for Hindi language and Indian culture among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to coordinate lesson plans, activities, and educational initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow staff members to address any concerns or questions related to Hindi language instruction.
- Stay updated on advancements in language teaching methodologies, educational technology, and relevant resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi language, Education, or a certified Hindi Language course completion.
- Proven experience as a Hindi Teacher or a similar role, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong proficiency in Hindi language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and promoting Hindi language and culture.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and tools for language instruction is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
