- **Manage the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, calls, and events.**:

- **Prioritize and optimize the MD's time to maximize productivity.**:

- **Make travel arrangements for the MD & Sr. management, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.**:

- **Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.**:

- **Maintain professionalism and ensure timely responses to external inquiries.**:

- **Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.**:

- **Assist colleagues whenever necessary.**:

- **Facilitate effective communication between the MD and internal teams.**:

- **Relay important information, requests, and updates to ensure alignment and coordination within the organization.**:

- **Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.**:

- **Document meeting minutes and action items.**:

- **Follow up with team members and stakeholders to track progress on action items resulting from meetings.**:

- **Make travel arrangements for the MD, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
