Front Desk Receptionist

A Receptionist is supporting all activities of the Registered office for the high efficiency of the routine activities in the reception/customer care and also assist all the activities of the Administrative Department. Receptionists work within an organization to help it run smoothly
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate Registered office inwards and outward letters.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and department.
- Maintain inward/outward register or telephone calls from Toll free number and other
- Update feedback of all calls in the register on a daily basis
- Support other administrative works assigned by the department head on time to time.
- Manage and update CRM system and submit follow up report to management on a continuous basis.
- Serve and maintain the best customer service as receptionist.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
