**Operation Trainee**

ARCHER’s core offering is post-settlement Healthcare Lien Resolution Administration and QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) Administration and payments processing for multi-claimant (mass tort and class action) litigation. Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management. ARCHER enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and effectively.

This position reports to the Operation Manager. The Operation trainee is responsible for handling administrative tasks to support the different services lines along with sharpening their skills required to perform corporate duties. The ooeration trainees will learn and upgrade themselves into MS office, communication and client handling skills. This role has opportunities for future advancement to operation associate role.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Update weekly tracker and MIS dashboard.
- Assist with other administrative special projects as needed.
- Maintain database and all other tools with up-to-date and accurate information as it relates to the lien resolution/QSF.
- Assisting in tracking and reporting on key docket metrics, including assisting Project Managers with tort-level reports.
- Assisting team to execute daily tasks, including the processing of high-priority incoming information and ad hoc reports.
- Work with the Operations team where necessary to monitor escalations and priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From ₹14,000.00 per month
