**Manufacturing Operator Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process.

Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Adhere to production schedules and meet production targets.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is often preferred.

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Basic math and computer skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

**Requirements**:
Compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

Willingness to work in a team environment.

Flexibility to work different shifts if required.

Good communication skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
