Job Description:
As the Operations Head this position will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. It will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, implementing production schedules, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for all plants based out of Indore. It will be essential in achieving operational excellence and meeting production targets while maintaining the highest standards of Quality and Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the manufacturing operations of "Seating Systems" manufacturing to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
Establish and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to resolve production issues and drive process improvements.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, providing guidance, coaching, and training as necessary.
Manage manufacturing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Key Goals:
Achieve Zero Accident and Maintain Safe workplace by safety improvements & and complying all legal compliances
Achieve Plant Quality Performance metrics as per the set goals.
Achieve Operational Excellence through Resource optimization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Min 24 Years of expr in Mfg, at least 10-15 years in "Seating systems" Mfg for Auto sector.
Exposure of handling multiple plants and strong Man Management skill.
Experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the automotive or seating industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
In-depth knowledge of Mfg processes, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Prior experience with budget management and cost control.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
