**Position**: Inside Sales Representative (US Outbound Voice Process)
**Biorev is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Experienced Professionals for Inside Sales Representative role to join our sales team.** The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process for the US Market. You should be able to close sales and setting appointments on a daily basis.
To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
**Experience: 2+ years Beginners with fair understanding of appointment setting are Most Welcome**
**Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) (06:30 PM To 03:30 AM)**
**Working Pattern: 5 days (Mon to Fri)**
Note: No pick and drop facility provided by us
**Location: Sector 67, Mohali**
**KRA's**:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Detailed understanding of training modules on products and services, CRM software and Calling Cloud Center.
- Cold calling and US Customer Prospecting.
- Reporting to Business Development Manager and updating the CRM Reports.
- Updating stages on CRM after customer interaction.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers using CRM Software.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Stay informed about competitive products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Setting up of appointments on a daily basis.
**Requirements**:
- Willing to work in the US Outbound Voice Process.
- Keen to learn Microsoft Office CRM software such as Outreach, Zoom Info and Calling Software like Five9.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Looking for stable and long term association with the company.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Night shift
Work Location: In person
