Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.

Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.

**Expertise Required**:
**For Automation Development Role;**

**Responsibility**
- Lead a team of analyst to gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive actionable insights.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, patters, and opportunities for optimization.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Stay current to industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics to constantly improve process and methodologies.

**Analytical Skills**
- Proficient in Data analysis & Data patterns.
- Good with formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data.
- Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis with Data.
- Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.
- Proficient with data manipulation and problem solving to effectively work with large datasets and drive actionable conclusions.

**Tools and Platforms**
- Hands-on experience in SAS, SQL, Python and have strong RDBMS concepts.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
- Nice to have _- Experience on below:

- Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket (Version Control) etc.

**Domain Skills**

Good understanding of
- Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

**Functional Skills**
- Business risk, controls, compliance, and data management.
- Nice to have _- Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit Process

**Soft Skills**
- Proven leadership ability with experience in mentoring and developing a team of analyst
- Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentoring junior members in the team
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to organizational initiatives in wide ranging areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities etc.
- Proactive approach in solving problems and eye for details.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
- _ (preferred)_ Postgraduate in - Masters in computers
- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in developing codes on SAS, SQL, Python environment

**For Visualization Role**:
**Expertise Required**:
**Analytical/Project Management Skills**
- Proficient in Data analysis & Data patterns.
- Subject matter expert with formulating analytical methodology, identifying inconsistencies, anomalies & patterns with data.
- Champion in transforming data sets, quantitative and qualitative analysis into compelling visuals.
- Hands-on in designing and development of Charts, Graphs, and complex Dashboard for Controls Testing Automation.
- Provide recommendations and generate actionable Business Insights.
- Manage and lead a variety of activities designed to implement process level data enhancements in support of the strategic plan to improve Dashboards.
- Having productive team meetings, 1-on-1 meetings regularly with all team members.
- Understand concerns, challenges and roadblocks team is facing and provide them all the required support to overcome the same.
