- Communicate and plan the joining of the Seafarers on their respective vessels.
- Communicate with the vessels/agents as required for smooth joining of Seafarers.
- Advise on and monitor travel arrangements done by Travel Coordinators.
- Carry out documentation checks of Seafarers and arrange medical examination for Seafarers.
- Arrange Visa & related document, travel tickets, hotels, and other logistic arrangements for Seafarers.
- Maintain records in the Crewing software.
- Any other job as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with good communication skills.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Local resident of Mumbai.
