As a Business Coaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business coaching operations by managing various administrative tasks and assisting in client interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
**1. Resource Material Preparation**:

- Collaborate with the business coach to develop and update resource materials for coaching sessions.
- Organize and format documents, presentations, and other materials as needed.

**2. Client Commitment Follow-Up**:

- Communicate with clients to follow up on their commitments and action plans discussed during coaching sessions.
- Maintain a system to track client progress and ensure accountability.

**3. Calendar and Appointment Management**:

- Manage the business coach's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Send reminders and confirmations for upcoming appointments.

**4. Session Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing for consulting sessions by gathering relevant information, creating agendas, and setting up necessary tools or materials.

**5. Daily Review and Reporting**:

- Collect feedback and reports from clients and their teams on a daily basis.
- Summarize key insights and prepare reports for the business coach's review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with business coaching concepts and practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
