- Analyze campaign performance metrics, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the digital landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Proven expertise and hands-on experience in social media marketing and pay-per-click advertising.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies to assess product viability and audience preferences.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales conversions through innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinking and a strategic mindset to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Blueprint) are advantageous.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering measurable results in digital marketing campaigns.
