Digital Marketing Expert

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads for our company. You will play a crucial role in creating and implementing successful campaigns across various digital channels to attract and retain customers, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Strategy Development**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to formulate effective digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- **Online Advertising**:Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and other relevant ad networks.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility on search engines.
- **Content Marketing**: Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including creating compelling and engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and other online platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content, responding to comments, and monitoring social media trends and discussions.
- **Website Analytics and Conversion Optimization**: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- **Online Reputation Management**: Monitor online mentions and reviews, responding to customer feedback and maintaining a positive brand image.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**: Implement strategies to generate qualified leads and optimize conversion funnels to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of online advertising channels and strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
