Administration Officer

*Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
*Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
*Plan inventory and oversee vendor efficiency
*Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
*Manage budgets and forecasts
*Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
*Recruit, train and supervise staff
*Manage all accounting transactions.
*Prepare budget forecasts.
*Publish financial statements in time.
*Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
*Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
*Ensure timely bank payments.
*Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
*Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
**Requirement**:
*Proven work experience as Admin Manager
*Knowledge of operations and account management
*Experience budgeting and forecasting
*Excellent communication skills
*Leadership ability
*Outstanding organizational skills
**Work Experience: More than 15-20 years**
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Schedule:
