**Position**:Sales Executive
**Education Qualification**:Graduate Form Civil Engineering
**Experience**: 03 to 05 Years
**Responsibilities**:
1) Attend to customer Enquires
2) Visit customer as per aligned meeting
3) Meeting with Architects, Interior Designer, Sometimes builder etc.
4) Cold call reaches out prospects in the generated database through various channels to build a pipeline of leads.
5) Qualify the leads understanding specified and potential needs.
6) Identify the key decision makers for qualified leads and schedule meetings with them to initiate the sales process.
7) Prepare a database of customer through various sources
- online and offline (trade fair, networking events and marketing camping’s)
8) Understand requirements of customers
9) Give presentation and quotation
10) Negotiation and closing the deals
11) Attends to all issues relates of sales, Marketing and deliveries
12) Prepare visit plan and reports
13) Prepare sales reports.
**Required Skills**:
**1) Good Knowledge in sales & civil engineering**
**2) Communication Skills**
**3) Time Management.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
