**Role**:

- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
- Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for new services.
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
- Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
- Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
- Build referral and lead generation network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute day-to-day marketing activities to promote our real estate offerings.
- Drive sales through effective lead generation, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective buyers and existing clients.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the sales and marketing skills of the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a keen understanding of client needs.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Experience in real estate sales and marketing will be considered a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Training experience in sales and marketing is desirable.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
