We're OneStack
- Building a super app for all co-operative banks of India which will help the banks in their digital transformation and help them in competing with other large banks, Fintech & others.
We are Looking for a Sales lead who will be closely working with the Founding team. The role will include mapping and planning the revenue and P&L; goals for the business unit and responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line.
**Must have worked in B2B sales profiles for banks and financial institutions or experience of sales in Fintech Companies.**
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of the Indian Financial Services landscape, and deep understanding of / Banking / Financial Services
- Conducting market research and Identify potential / prospects for business partnership for company (Banks & Financial institutions)
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Working closely with key stakeholders, which includes the business, technology & product teams
- Strong understanding of technology and business
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadline
- Identify new business opportunities and partners
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
- Deepening existing partnerships for higher volume / market share
- Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferable)
- **8-10 years of product / service selling experience to banks & financial services companies**
- Experience working with partners & generating business opportunities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
