**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set up property viewings.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote property listings and enhance brand awareness.
- Create compelling presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and property showcases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize social media and other online platforms to engage with potential clients and drive traffic to listings.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
