Cadence Management is hiring for one of its member companies, **Secure Pay** **(A Subsidiary of Direct2Pay). Secure Pay**is founded by two young entrepreneurs is a dynamic payment aggregator, providing businesses with secure and seamless payment solutions. They simplify financial transactions through cutting-edge technology, enabling faster and safer payments. As a subsidiary of Direct2Pay, they are committed to driving business growth with innovative services. Their platform integrates multiple payment options to enhance customer experiences. They aim to empower businesses with efficient and reliable payment processes at Secure Pay.
**Position**: Telecaller - Sales (Cold Calling)
**Educational Qualification**:12th Pass or Graduate
**Location**: Dehradun
**No. of Vacancy**: 5
**Experience**: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or cold calling is a plus.
**Employment Type**:Full-Time
**Salary**:12000 to 20000 per month
**Secure Pay** is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join their sales team as **Tele callers**. The primary responsibility of this role is cold calling potential clients to introduce them to Secure Pay’s payment services and might require to provide customer support (training will be provided). If you are a go-getter with a passion for sales and are eager to start your career, they want you on their team
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to explain Secure Pay’s payment solutions.
- Pitch and promote the services provided by Secure Pay to generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads and build rapport to ensure future sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a high-volume calling environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Persuasion skills to convince potential customers.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
- Basic understanding of payment aggregator services (training will be provided).
