Sales Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to promote our solar energy solutions. As a Solar Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to explain the benefits of solar energy, answer their queries, and generate leads for our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up with interested prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested customers.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to solar energy solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales appointments.
- Stay updated on the latest solar energy trends, products, and industry regulations.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on customer preferences and product enhancements.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹8,554.27 - ₹22,000.00 per month
