We are looking for high performing **Customer Support Service.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prior experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a **US market** environment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and detailed information about our products or services.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, working closely with other teams, such as technical support or sales, to provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and solutions to customers.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate and efficient order management.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and issues in a clear and concise manner using our CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and contribute to overall customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to customers, promoting customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and new releases to provide proactive support and anticipate customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
