**Job Description: Office Assistant**
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office. The Office Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks ranging from answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing files to performing basic bookkeeping and data entry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages when necessary
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stocking office supplies
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and maintaining expense records
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and managers
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
