- **Payment Processing Support**: Assist in processing incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers. Record payment details accurately and reconcile payments with invoices.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue invoices as directed.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate billing reports and assist in analyzing billing data to track performance metrics, aging accounts receivable, and cash flow. Provide support for financial reporting and analysis activities.
