Job Description: Female Sales Executive (No Experience Required)

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Sales Executive to join our team at T Plus One, a leading stock market educational company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about finance and investing to kickstart their career in sales, with no prior experience required.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by assisting in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with senior sales executives to learn and develop sales skills while actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers. Listen attentively to their needs, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our educational offerings. Develop a customer-centric approach and establish trust and credibility with potential buyers.

Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the fundamentals of the stock market, investment strategies, and our educational products. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to effectively position and promote our offerings to potential customers.

Sales Administration: Assist in managing the sales pipeline by updating customer information, tracking leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient coordination and communication throughout the sales process.

Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Seek feedback from senior sales executives and leverage their expertise to continuously improve your sales performance.

**Requirements**:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team. Ability to support senior sales executives and contribute to the collective success of the sales department.

Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to set goals, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve sales targets.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and a flexible approach to evolving sales strategies.

Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and navigate CRM systems and sales tools.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
