**_Process Associate - Insurance Claims_**

**_
- **

**_ In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup_**
**_ etc_**

**_ Responsibilities:_**

**_ _**
- **_High level attention to detail and accuracy_**

**_ _**
- **_Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output_**

**_ _**
- **_Should have sound knowledge of Insurance industry_**

**_ _**
- **_Knowledge of technology and standard desk top packages: MS/Excel, MS/Word, _**
- **_MS/PowerPoint, MS/Visio & Outlook_**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to build relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with onshore client - must be seen as a proactive, helpful team player _**
- **_High customer service orientation_**

**_ _**
- **_Good written and spoken English is a must_**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to work under pressure_**

**_ _**
- **_Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises_**

- **_Any Graduate except, BTech, BSC etc_**
