**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess patients' vision and eye health.
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and refractive errors.
- Perform surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, LASIK surgery, ICL, corneal transplantation, and other advanced surgical interventions.
- Prescribe medications, eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical aids as needed.
- Educate patients about their eye conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including optometrists, primary care physicians, and other specialists, to provide coordinated care for patients.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in ophthalmology, including new treatment modalities, surgical techniques, and medical technologies.
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Residency training in ophthalmology from an accredited residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in ophthalmology.
- State medical license to practice ophthalmology.
- Strong clinical skills and diagnostic abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care with compassion and empathy.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and work flexible hours as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of ophthalmology (e.g., retina, cornea, pediatric ophthalmology, oculoplastics).
- Experience with advanced surgical techniques, such as micro-incisional cataract surgery, mínimally invasive glaucoma surgery, or refractive surgery.
- Research experience and/or publications in the field of ophthalmology.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

**Salary**: ₹160,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
