Bengaluru, India International Institute of Hotel Management Full time

1. Responsible for providing quality academic theory and practical instructions to students on Food and Beverage

2. Maintain the practical restaurants to ensure a positive learning environment for the students

3. Assess the students during assessments. Mark written scripts, suggest revision to improve presentations and assignments while meeting standards.

4. To be a role model to students and colleagues in standards of grooming, punctuality, honesty and integrity

5. Maintain neat and accurate records of curriculum under review

6. Promote and in-still high standards of food & beverage learning through guest lectures, field visits and practical exposures

8. Encourage and mentor students to participate in F&B activities outside the classroom.

9. Carry out administrative work relating to department inventory, maintenance and other operational requirement

10. Work with the team on F&B costs and budgets for events and other operations

11. Assisting in grooming and coaching students for interviews, assessments and competitive activities

12. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

**Salary**: ₹18,437.96 - ₹51,352.52 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
