Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant at World On A Plate located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Assistant will perform daily tasks such as Food & Beverage , Handling complaints , Providing customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the establishment & ensuring complete customer happiness. He or she will be reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager & will be trained to become team leader in the future.


Qualifications

  • Experience in food service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus
