About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional talent acquisition specialist in the who will help us close the key positions in senior and middle management roles particularly in non tech hiring.

The charter for this role includes:

- Devising strategies for sourcing internally and independently driving them
- Hiring in multiple areas such as PrM, Product, Marketing, Sales etc
- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for these roles.
- Devising strategies for attracting top talent from the ecosystem.

Ideal Persona:
1-3 years in experience in recruitment
- At least 1 year of experience in the recruiting industry
- At least 1 year of experience in working with hyper-growth startups
- Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
- There is mínimal management and extreme autonomy.
