**Outline of the Job**

We are looking for a customer support representative with on call sale and after sale support to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, presenting our products and services, and closing deals and provide excellent service to our clients. **Responsibilities**

- In bound and Out bound calls
- Providing information about our products, services, features, pricing, and policies to customers and potential customers.
- Escalating complex or technical issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our Omni channel system and generating reports as needed.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to improve customer experience and achieve company goals.

**Requirements and skills**

To be successful as a customer support representative, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. - Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any Omni channel platform.
- Proficiency in languages English, Hindi any other language is bonus.
- A positive, friendly, and empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
- A flexible schedule and availability to work shifts, weekends
- Good at problem solving.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
