Arranging travel accommodations Domestic and International

Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information.

Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of direct travel, such as car rentals, hotels, and airlines.

Negotiating preferred rates with vendors of direct travel.

Planning travel accommodations, booking flights, hotels, car rentals, Bus rentals and coordinating activities.

Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms.

Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.

Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services available in market

**Education: Graduation with Diploma in Travel & Tourism**

**Must haves**:

- At least 5 years experience in Travel Industry Customer Service.
- Ethics and Professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in English Language
- Target oriented
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the aptitude to learn systems
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the Travel Industry
- Must have experience in handling a wide variety of specialized travel requirements.
- Has to be well aware about the geographical conditions

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
