**Job title**: MIS Executive/Excel Data Executive/Advance Excel Expert

**Job description**:

- Conduct daily audits of reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Publish reports and dashboards on a daily basis to provide insights to stakeholders.
- Manage, maintain, and update software reports to ensure their reliability and usefulness.
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements to design and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize proficiency in Excel to prepare and analyze MIS reports.
- Design, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot CRM system to ensure smooth operation and mínimal downtime.
- Analyze existing operations, protocols, and processes, and make improvement plans to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
