Job Description:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
  • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
  • Evaluate organizational methods and datasets and provide source-to-target mappings and data modelling to organize the datasets and for analysis and visualization
  • Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives - Enhance and Develop Daily; Weekly and Periodic reports and dashboards using advanced Excel; Advanced SQL and Intermediate to Advanced VBA
  • Developing custom software applications and tools to facilitate data collection, storage, retrieval, and analysis.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify problems; collaborate with them to brainstorm on the best possible reporting solution; and deliver solutions in the form of intelligent business reports/dashboards (Tableau; BI)
  • To be a champion of data completeness and quality, to promote data validation checks to capture any data inconsistencies, inaccuracies or errors.
  • Integrating data from various sources such as internal databases, external APIs, and third-party systems to provide a comprehensive view of organizational data.


Key Skills:

  • 5+ years f experience in data analytics
  • Strong experience with ETL and database query
  • Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of Excel and google sheets.
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau
  • Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
  • Outstanding leadership and time management abilities.
  • Excellent diagnostic abilities and meticulous attention to detail
