Job Title: Health Insurance Trainer
Location: Gurgaon
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, agents, and customers on health insurance products, processes, and systems.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip agents with the skills and knowledge to effectively educate customers.
- Assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the health insurance industry and ensure training programs reflect changes in regulations, policies, and products.
- Respond to questions and provide support to employees, agents, and customers on an ongoing basis.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new products and processes to ensure training is integrated into new initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, with a focus on training and development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and engage with individuals at all levels, command in both Hindi and English languages.
- Excellent presentation and instructional design skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
