the Position -- Sales Trainer
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a pleasing personality and exceptional communication skills, who is working as a Sales Trainer with a reputed company. Individuals who are working as a Sales trainer in a full-time role and have experience in Sales training plus direct sales with a combined experience of 13-18 years are invited to share their details.
Responsibilities & Experience
Must be presently doing Sales training in a full-time role in a reputed organisationMust be a performer in sales and have a very successful track record in sales for a minimum of 4-5 yearsMust have experience in hardcore sales training / Sales CoachingTotal experience should be more than 13 years with leading organizationsHave some exposure to Induction training in the corporate officeImproves Training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniquesMust be Excellent in PowerPoint PresentationExceptional Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
