Back Office Coordinator - Used Cars Showroom

Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative/online protal Support**:

- Maintain and update customer records, vehicle inventory, and transaction data in the showroom’s management system.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation such as sales contracts, vehicle registrations, and transfer of ownership papers.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage the inventory of used cars, including tracking incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Ensure that vehicle information is accurately reflected in the showroom’s database and that all vehicles are properly documented.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports to regulatory agencies as needed.
- Handle warranty documentation and vehicle service history records.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team, finance department, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance companies and vehicle registration offices, for various services.
- Facilitate smooth communication between front-line sales staff and management.
- **Office Organization**:

- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Ensure all office supplies and equipment are stocked and functioning properly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
