**Job Description: Back Office Admin**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive support to the team, managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and information retrieval.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and generate reports as needed, assisting with data analysis and presentations.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and timely procurement.
- **Communication Coordination**: Facilitate communication between departments, ensuring smooth flow of information.
- **General Office Duties**: Support general office administration, including filing, organization, and technical audits.
