**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and database management across various business units.
- Process and organize documentation, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating with front-office staff to ensure smooth workflow and information exchange.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory for all companies.
- Generate regular operational and financial reports for management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better operational outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a similar role; experience in multi-company operations is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office management tools and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
