We are hiring for experienced customer support representative for international brand in GYM industry
Must be 21 yrs to 25 yrs
Preferred from Any fitness industry
Must be graduate
Must be experienced in customer support representative work for more than 3 yrs
Must be very fluent in English
Company doesn't provide any accommodation and food for the employee
There is probation period for 6months
Must be presentable and professional
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Creation of reports on regular basis.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assure satisfactory level of service is being provided to customers.
Location Delhi
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
