Customer Service Representative

Listen to customers’ concerns, issues and questions
- Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
- Open new customer accounts
- Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering
questions and addressing concerns as they arise
- Recommend possible products to meet the customers’ needs
- Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
- Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer
interactions
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or similar role with an exceptional
customer service record.
- Excellent communication and managing skills to build and maintain client
relationships
- Stay informed about travel trends, regulations and industry-related news to offer the
best possible service.
- Experience with travel booking software like Travelport, Amadeus, or Sabre (Minimum
2 GDS).
- Relevant certifications like IATA/UFTAA/Diploma.
- Proficiency in research and writing (travel policy)
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal communicator
- Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
- Knowledge of Customer service tools i.e Avaya, Genesys, Ozonetel, Freshdesk, CRM
- Experience in Customer Service Field, Call Center
- Confident with Phone Inquiries
- Great Communication Skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
