Reports to : Head of Communications and CEO

Coordination Dept: Academic Team - Principals and Incharges / Coordinators

**Providing Information and conversions**: Addressing inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding the school's programs, curriculum, admission requirements, extracurricular activities, facilities, tuition, and any other relevant information needed to make an informed decision and convert them to admission.

**Communication**: Facilitating effective communication between the school and parents. This involves sharing important updates, information about events, academic progress, policies, and any concerns regarding the students.

**Admissions Policies**: Staying updated on institutional admission policies, procedures, and compliance with relevant regulations to ensure fairness and transparency in the admissions process.

**Follow-Up and Communication**: Following up with prospective families to address any additional questions or concerns they might have and providing ongoing support and communication throughout the enrolment process.

**Decision Making and Enrolment**: Collaborating with school administration to make admission decisions based on the evaluation of applicants and ensuring a smooth enrolment process for accepted students.

**Promoting School Brand and Image**: Crafting a compelling and consistent brand message that showcases the school's unique selling points, academic achievements, facilities, faculty expertise, extracurricular activities, and overall educational experience.

**Building Relationships**: Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with parents or guardians. This could involve organizing meetings, parent-teacher conferences, workshops, or events that engage parents in their child's educational journey.

**Addressing Concerns**: Acting as a point of contact for parents' inquiries, feedback, or complaints. They might liaise with appropriate departments within the institution to resolve issues or provide necessary support. Should have TAT to resolve these issues and coordinate with all other departments for resolutions.

**Advocacy**: Representing the interests of parents within the institution, advocating for their needs, and ensuring their voices are heard in decision-making processes.

**Collaboration with Admissions Team**: Working closely with the admissions team to ensure that marketing efforts align with the admissions process. Providing necessary materials, information, and support to facilitate the enrolment process for prospective families.

**Promotion and Engagement**: Developing strategies to involve parents in school or organization activities, encouraging participation in events, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising efforts.

**Collaboration**: Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to create a cohesive environment that supports the students' well-being and academic success.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
